Missing Teeth Replacement
Todays dental techniques allows us to replace teeth in several different manners. There are basically three ways in which we replace missing teeth. Dental Implants, Bridges, and Dentures.
Bridges
Bridges are another very common way we replace missing teeth. By using the tooth or teeth nearest to the missing tooth we can link several crowns together. The end result is a fixed bridge. In a very short time you have the tooth replaced, where once there was a gap there is now a natural looking and feeling tooth.
Depending on the condition of the adjacent teeth to the missing one, these bridges can sometimes be extremely conservative and last a long time also.
Dentures
Removable dentures and partials is the third way we replace missing teeth. Every patient is different and unique and requires different designs to make the dentures and partials work the best. Using modern neuromuscular dental techniques we are able to make dentures and partials that can truly mimic natural teeth where it is very difficult for other people to tell you are wearing dentures.
